The villa is located in Calaliberotto, a tourist resort in the municipality of Orosei, just 10 km away. This area is situated in the lower valley of the Cedrino River, in the central-eastern part of the province, on the coast of the Gulf of Orosei, in the southern Baronia region, near the municipalities of Galtellì, Onifai, Siniscola and Dorgali. It is easily accessible from the state roads n. 125 Orientale Sarda and n. 129 Trasversale Sarda, which cross the territory.
